About us
AFI Operations Group helps operators stop running the business out of their head — with systems, cadence, and clear ownership.
We are an operations practice. The work is practical: money rhythm, delivery control, documented processes, and accountable review — not motivational slogans.
The Resource Center publishes free first-step tools so you can start DIY. Solutions are the eight existing AFI commercial products for when you need structure, facilitation, or fractional leadership.
This site does not invent biographical claims, awards, or client logos. Fit is assessed in conversation, not by implied social proof.
